Why a wrapped van earns its keep
A wrap does not clock off. It is seen on the school run, in a supermarket car park, on a dual carriageway and parked on a customer's drive. Those impressions add up in a way a short burst of paid social never will, because the vehicle is already going where your customers live and work.
The fleets that get the most from livery are not always the loudest. They are the ones whose vans, fascia and print look like they belong to the same company. That consistency is what makes someone remember the name the third time they see it, not the first, and it is what gets you the call when they are ready to buy.
From our workshop in Augher we handle the whole path — artwork, print and fit — and you'll see a visual on your actual vehicle and sign it off before anything gets cut. Already have brand guidelines? Commercial fleet wraps
Full wraps, half wraps and cut-vinyl lettering across a single van or a mixed fleet. Recovery trucks, refrigerated boxes, tippers and cars all go through the same process: measure, design, print, fit, check.
Once you're running more than one vehicle, we hold onto the design specification for you, so vehicle four still matches vehicle one, whether it is wrapped this month or next year. That matters when you add a van in a hurry and do not want a slightly different orange or a logo that sits 40mm higher.
For commercial work we specify premium cast films from 3M and Avery, because they go around rivets and channels without lifting and are rated for Northern Ireland weather, jet washing and daily driving. Aftercare is simple: hand wash where you can, keep pressure washers off the edges, and come back to us if a corner ever lifts rather than picking at it yourself.
Typical commercial work includes trade fleets, recovery and haulage, food service, and utility contractors who need chevrons as well as brand. If the vehicle has to stay legal as well as visible, we plan that in the artwork, not as a sticker added on the day of fit.
Looked after properly — garaged overnight where you can, washed by hand rather than a hard brush — a cast vinyl fleet wrap will keep its colour and edges for years, not just the first few months.

Private and leisure wraps
Not every job is a work van. Colour-change wraps, accent stripes and motorsport-style graphics for private cars use the same cast films and the same finish standard. The difference is scale: one car, one owner, one colour the manufacturer does not offer.

What happens from brief to the road
Survey and design
We need the make, model and a few photographs, or the vehicle itself. Windows, mouldings and damage all change how the graphic sits. You get a proof on that vehicle, not a generic template, and you sign it off before print.
Print in Augher
Film is printed and laminated right here in the workshop — we don't send files off to a third party and hope the colour comes back right. If anything's off, we catch it here, before it ever reaches your vehicle.
Fit and aftercare
Certified fitters wrap in a controlled space where we can, and fleet work can be done on your yard when taking every vehicle off the road isn't realistic. You'll leave with simple care notes too, so keeping it looking sharp afterwards is straightforward.
Serving all of Northern Ireland
Fitting is carried out at the workshop or on-site for clients across Tyrone, Fermanagh, Armagh, Down, Antrim and Derry~Londonderry. Belfast and Newry jobs are routine. If the fleet is based further out, we plan access and overnight parking with you rather than guessing.

Yes. We are based in Augher, and we regularly design and fit for fleets and private vehicles across Northern Ireland, including Belfast, Derry~Londonderry, Newry and Ballymena. For a single van, it's usually simplest to bring it to us at the workshop. For a fleet that can't spare the road time to travel, we'll arrange on-site fitting instead.
A full wrap covers the whole body in printed vinyl, while a half wrap covers roughly the lower half and leaves the upper body in factory paint or a solid colour. That doesn't mean a weaker result — half wraps still carry a strong brand read from the kerb, and because they use less film, they suit vans that want a cleaner look or a faster turnaround.
Cast vinyl specified for commercial use is typically rated for 5 to 7 years outdoors, and garaging it overnight, washing it gently and keeping abrasive brushes away will stretch that further. Calendar film doesn't hold up as well on compound curves, so it's not what we reach for on full fleet work — we'd rather it still look sharp in year five than fade early on a corner panel.
Fitted and removed properly, cast vinyl actually protects the paint underneath rather than damaging it, and it shouldn't lift factory paint when it comes off. That's exactly why leased and financed fleets tend to choose vinyl over a respray.
Yes, wraps are fully removable, so being on a lease or finance agreement isn't a barrier. We'll inspect the body first, and if a panel turns out to be damaged, poorly cured or freshly resprayed, we'll tell you straight rather than let a problem hide under the film.
A single van is typically off the road for 2 to 4 days depending on complexity, windows and chevrons. Fleet jobs are staggered so you are not left without cover.
Yes. Cut-vinyl lettering, one-way vision and logo application are standard when a full wrap is more than the job needs.
