What information we collect

• Contact form: your name, and whichever contact details you give us (email and/or phone), plus your message.
• Quote requests: signage type, material, size and quantity preferences, any artwork or reference files you upload, and your contact details (name, company, email, phone, postcode, timing).
• Design Portal: during this demo phase the portal runs on mocked, local data only and doesn't transmit or store real files or comments anywhere — this policy will be updated to cover it in full once a live version is built.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• respond to your enquiry and provide a quote;
• design, manufacture and arrange installation of signage you've ordered;
• contact you about your project by phone, email or post — you can ask us to stop contacting you for anything beyond your specific order at any time;
• keep our records accurate and improve how we work.

Our legal basis for processing

• Contract: quote requests and orders, and the steps needed to fulfil them.
• Legitimate interests: responding to general enquiries and following up on quote requests.
• Consent: any marketing beyond direct order-related contact, and non-essential cookies.

Design and artwork submissions

Files you upload — through the quote builder or the Design Portal — are used only to prepare designs, proofs and printed signage for your order, and to talk to you about revisions. We don't reuse your artwork for any other purpose without asking you first.

Sharing your information

We don't sell your personal data. We may share it with subcontractors directly involved in delivering your order (for example, an installation partner), and with service providers who help us run this website (such as hosting and email), under confidentiality terms. We won't share it with anyone else unless we're required to by law.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry and order information for as long as needed to complete your order and deal with any follow-up (such as warranty queries), and no longer than necessary after that — unless we're required to keep it for longer, for example for tax records.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct or delete it;
• restrict or object to how we use it;
• request a copy in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it.
