A GAA club is a landmark in a village. The crest on the wall should look like it was made for the building, not printed on a board and hoped for the best.
The brief
Eskra GAA needed a crest that would hold a rendered wall: large, accurate, and specified for rain, frost and the odd football. Colour had to match the club, not a nearby approximation.
How we approached it
Composite aluminium was specified for outdoor life and a clean fold. The crest was built as a piece of signage, not a poster. Artwork was taken from proper club files so the harp, the type and the colours stayed true at scale.
Fixings were planned for a rendered face. Install was booked so the wall was ready and the sign went up as one piece.
On the wall
The crest now does the same job as a shop fascia: it names the place from the road. Internal honours boards, pitch-side signs and print can follow the same files so match days look consistent.
If your club needs a crest, a name or a set of statutory signs, send the wall photographs and the artwork. We will tell you what the elevation can take.
